Who We Are
My family founded Leonard Tire in Dodge City, Kansas in 1914. For a hundred years, through two world wars, the Depression, and everything else in between, it stayed in the family. It was never sold to a chain. When it finally closed, it was on our terms, after a century of taking care of the same community.
That history is why we do this the way we do it. Trident Investments is a family business, not a fund. We live in Poulsbo. We are raising our family here. The parks we buy, we plan to own for a long time.
If you have spent 20 or 30 or 40 years building a community, we understand what that represents. We will not redevelop it. We will not displace your residents. We will not hand it to a management company that does not know anyone by name.
We want the people who live there to never notice that ownership changed. That is the highest compliment we could ever receive.
What We Look For
We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for a real operating history and an owner who wants to move on with dignity.
Transient, monthly, or a mix of both. Waterfront is a bonus. Anywhere from 15 to 150 sites. Rural and semi-rural are fine with us.
All ages, including 55 and older. We respect your residents and the community you have built around them.
Kitsap, Jefferson, Mason, and Clallam counties. Within about an hour of Poulsbo. This is home and we want to invest here.
A few years of tax returns or income records is all we need to start. We are not looking for a polished presentation.
If you want to hold a note, we will work with you. It is often better for your tax situation than a lump-sum sale. We will walk through it together.
Ready to close in 60 days or just starting to think about it. Either is fine. We are patient buyers.
